Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with WonderWeaver Design. Every kit is packed by hand in the UK.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. During very busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer – if there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Christmas 2026
Last order date for Christmas delivery in the UK: Saturday 19 December 2026 (sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48). Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas. Our e-gift card is emailed straight after purchase, so it can be bought right up to Christmas Day.
International delivery
We ship internationally with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Prices depend on the weight of your order:

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Where the delivery service includes tracking (for example International Tracked & Signed and DPD), your tracking number will be included.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, has something missing, or does not arrive, please email us at wonderweaverdesign@gmail.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). Please keep the packaging until we have resolved it, and we will put it right.
Gift cards
Our e-gift card is delivered by email straight after purchase, so there is no postage and no waiting.
