From Wonder Weaver Design is committed to the privacy of all our clients and this policy is intended to describe the way we treat the information we collect with your agreement and how it is used in accordance with the new GDPR legislation taking effect as of the 25th of May 2018.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES Wonder Weaver Design COLLECT?

When you establish an account with us or contact us we may collect your name and contact details including address, email addresses, correspondence and phone numbers.

We use Google Analytics on our website so If you visit our website your IP address will be recorded by Google and stored on their servers. Also, if you opt to “remember password”, this will place a cookie on your computer or device.

If you use our “contact” form on our website we will need to give permission for us to respond to you by phone or email even if you don’t open an account with us.

 

WHAT DO WE USE THE INFORMATION FOR? 

  1. For creating and maintaining your account. We use your details to give you your own account with us and to be able to update you about orders you have made with us, to check if you need/want any assistance.
  2. For taking/processing payments. To make payments for your orders your personal details are required to. The details of your payment method however are not seen or retained by us.
  3. To email or phone you. If you specifically opt in, we may send newsletters to our customers who want to hear about new products or useful information that we make available from time to time. Or if we discover there is a problem with your order we could try to contact you to let you know what we are doing about it as a point of courtesy.

 

WILL WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?

We do not sell your information to anyone and we do not share your information with anyone. But for the sake of being clear, we do use specific web-based & third-party platforms for taking payments, doing invoicing, creating and mailing newsletters and for delivery services and it is only through our use of these services that we can take, process and deliver your orders.

 

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Customer account holders: We will retain your information for as long as you maintain an account with us.

General inquiries: If you visit our website and/or phone and request information we will only retain the details you give us for as long as it takes to send you what you have asked for. Once sent, the details you provided will be destroyed unless you specifically ask us to keep your details on file for some reason, such as to receive emails or future useful information.

 

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE WITH REGARDS TO THE DATA WE HOLD?

Wonder Weaver Design considers you have the right to know and see what information we retain about you and the right to decide if you don’t want us to keep any information about you.
